Joe Driver (born September 29, 1946 in Rockwall, Texas) is a Republican politician from the U.S. state of Texas. He represents the 113th district in the Texas House of Representatives, a seat he won in the 1992 elections. He currently serves on the Appropriations Committee and the Committee on Public Safety.
