This text refers to the Conference Report Vote in the House.
Vote to adopt a conference report that establishes a law school in Dallas through the University of North Texas System.
-Adds the University of North Texas at Dallas College of Law to the University of North Texas System (Sec.1). -Authorizes the creation of the University of North Texas at Dallas College of Law (Sec.3). -Mandates a feasibility study to determine the different aspects regarding obtaining accreditation (Sec.3). -Mandates study to investigate the need and feasibility of establishing a public law school in areas of the state where a law school is not currently located (Sec. 4).
