Vote to adopt a conference report that appropriates funding for public schools and various state agencies.
-Establishes a payment deferral plan for the foundation school fund specifying the percentage of payments that must be made to the school districts on specific dates (Sec 1).
-Requires that any previously unpaid funds from prior fiscal years owed to a school district, are required to be paid to the district together with the September payment of the current fiscal year entitlement (Sec. 1)
